Leading real estate debt advisory, Karis Capital, has successfully completed a £12 million deal for an eminent international investor, seeking to secure a quasi-commercial investment loan to raise capital on a large industrial unit in North London. The scheme is set to transform the site into an impressive residential development, comprised of purpose-built student accommodation, an extensive leisure centre and a state-of-the-art hotel.
Karis’ client, a foreign investor was looking for a facility that would support his long-term financial strategy and ambitions of refinancing a multi-purpose portfolio, seeking a loan that would be income producing while he waited to obtain planning permission to develop the project over the next three to five years.
