Karis Insurance was approached by a developer to secure latent defects cover for a new build scheme comprising of 21 residential units.

They had explored other insurance markets but ultimately turned to Karis due to an existing relationship with our Managing Director Craig Hardiman-Scott, who was already supporting the development finance.

Thanks to our panel access and in-house expertise, we secured a 20% reduction on the original premium quote. Despite some complexities in the client’s background, we were able to deliver a seamless solution, successfully waiving several standard policy requirements in order to secure the cover.
